By signing this Waiver and Release Form, I ("Customer") acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions in connection with service(s) provided by Double A – Home of the AC Bee's ("Company"), its employees, contractors, and agents.
1. Authorization to Perform Work. I authorize the Company to perform the requested HVAC, generator, electrical, or related services at the service address provided. I confirm that I am the property owner or have authority to authorize work on the premises.
2. Access to Property. I grant Company personnel reasonable access to the property, including attic, crawl space, electrical panels, and mechanical areas as necessary to complete the work.
3. Pre-Existing Conditions. I understand that the Company is not responsible for pre-existing conditions, defects, or damage discovered during the course of service. The Company will notify me of any such conditions before proceeding with additional work.
4. Payment. I agree to pay for all authorized services upon completion. Estimates provided prior to work are subject to change if additional issues are discovered. I will be notified and must approve any changes before work proceeds.
5. Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and hold harmless the Company, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or losses arising from the services performed, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
6. Warranty. Labor performed by the Company is warranted for a period specified in the service agreement. Manufacturer warranties apply to parts and equipment as provided by the respective manufacturer.
7. Governing Law. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
