Maintenance Memberships

This is professional maintenance and tune-up required to uphold your manufacturer’s warranty and includes a thorough 21-point service inspection and tune-up as follows:

  1. Test all components.
  2. Clean debris and leaves in the outdoor unit.
  3. Calibrate thermostat as needed.
  4. Change customer-provided filter or clean permanent filter.
  5. Test ultra-violet light or air purification operations if applicable.
  6. Check operating pressures and freon levels.
  7. Clear condensate drain line.
  8. Clear condensate drain pan if applicable.
  9. Ensure proper operation of electric heat strips if applicable.
  10. Hose off the outdoor unit with customer-provided hose.
  11. Help customer with thermostat programming if needed (Double A installs only).
  12. Check wiring connections inside and out to ensure proper fit and installation.
  13. Scan equipment for ant or pest infestations.
  14. Check superheat or subcool as it applies.
  15. Adjust TXV if applicable.
  16. Adjust fan speed if applicable.
  17. Clean heat section if unit has one.
  18. Lubricate all moving parts if applicable.
  19. 20% off a customer-provided maintenance plan. (May not be combined) regular price.
  20. Answer any customer questions or concerns or refer to the proper personnel to answer them.
  21. Make professional recommendations as technician sees fit.
